Offshore Assistant Cook f/m
Key areas of responsibility:
- Food preparation and cleaning activities.
- Under the supervision of lead cook and carries out the duties assigned to him by the lead cook.
- Knowledge in Food Cost, Menu creation, Food Presentation
Requirements:
- Education: Professional education as Cook
- Minimum 1 year Work Experience
- Food handling and hygiene course
Certifications:
Fluent English
OGUK-medical certificate with OGUK accreditation, valid for 2 years
Offshore Survival: Offshore Survival – Opito (BOSIET/FOET)
Emergency Response: Offshore First Aid Basic
Food hygiene certificate
ISPS: STCW A-VI/6-1 Ship Security Awareness
